Hue/Nuance — implies rich, layered color

Some projects are about addition. Matiz was about revelation.

The client came with pieces that already held weight — mid-century forms with history and character. We reupholstered, refined, and reintroduced them into a palette built on deep, saturated color. A study in richness that didn't start from scratch — it started from what was already in the room.

Matiz was the only name that fit. Because this project was never about one color or one moment. It was about the layering of both, the way a room can hold depth and warmth and history all at once.

The pieces stayed. Everything else evolved.

Matiz.
